Milan, April 14th 2020 - The Prada shop windows with original images of blossom created by artist Thomas Demand also inspired a Prada pop-up shop in the prestigious Isetan Shinjuku department store in Tokyo, which was dedicated in its entirety to women’s shoes and featured the same floral pattern as a backlit backdrop. The radically beautiful and colourful sequence of blossoming cherry trees created a vibrant narrative when juxtaposed with the real world, involving the public in an innovative dialogue.
