PRADA MODE LONDON
Prada presented the third iteration of Prada Mode, a traveling private club with a focus on contemporary culture that provides members a unique art experience along with music, dining and conversation.
Prada Mode London occupied 180 The Strand, the iconic Brutalist building in the heart of the city, on October 2nd and 3rd.
Scheduled events include the new chapter of Black Image Corporation presented by American artist Theaster Gates and Collective Intimacy, the unique live programme of performances and talks that hosts interventions by artists, musicians, cultural producers, collectives and members of the public, taking on multiple trans-located narratives of the current Black experience as a point of departure for a cosmopolitan worldview, in collaboration with The Vinyl Factory and The Showroom.
The days were animated by live performance of Theaster Gates and The Black Monks of Mississippi and Jojo Abot and live DJ sets of Shy One & Josey Rebelle and Zezi Ifore & James Massiah.
