Arezzo, March 23rd, 2023 – Valvigna Headquarters and Levanella Logistics Hub (buildings 1 and 2) - two of the Prada Group's "garden factories" designed by architect Guido Canali - have received LEED GOLD O+M v4.1 (Operations and Maintenance) Existing Building certification, a recognition that applies to existing buildings that are fully operational and occupied for at least one year.
LEED O+M v4.1 provides a path for improving structures to make them more sustainable and ensure their long-term value and positive impact on people and communities.
