CARE’s, The Ethical Chef Days is a project conceived and promoted by Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler and Paolo Ferretti, owner of communication firm HMC in Bolzano with the contribution of Michelin-starred chef of Pomiroeu restaurant, Giancarlo Morelli.

A significant name that also represents a mission; taking care of the territory, the environment, the rhythms of nature and agribusiness culture in all its forms.

Pasticceria Marchesi supports the project since 2016 with the CARE’s Social Responsiability Award, a recognition aimed at enhancing and promoting the commitment of those excelling in their field through the use of innovative practices favoring ecological and social sustainability and valorization of the territory and biodiversity.
