    For over twenty years, Prada Group Academy​ has been a space for dialogue and growth,​ where maestros and young people forge the future.

    An initiative, running for over 25 years, to protect craftsmanship and nurture talents through strategic investments in training.​

    The aim of the project is to safeguard the technical know-how of the luxury fashion industry, which is considered to be a true wealth of craftsmanship and knowledge that must be passed on to new generations.

    該培訓課程以第一階段培訓期拉開序幕,具體內容因分部而異。學員完成此階段後,將進入更具專業性的第二階段,在資深工匠的指導與支持下逐步參與生產環節。通過考核的學員將獲本公司聘用,成為生產團隊的正式成員。在每一階段,學院與生產團隊均通過持續監測及評估,對學員表現進行嚴格跟蹤。

    二零二四年,該等學院已培訓120名年青人,其中82名已加入Prada集團在意大利各地的生產廠房。

    SEARCH FOR AND EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES

    The recruitment process involves individual and group interviews, as well as practical tests. Candidates are carefully selected and assessed by the Maestros and expert technicians during the tests.

    CRAFTSMANSHIPIN PRACTICE

    At the end of the initial phase, candidates who demonstrate aptitude for production are gradually integrated into the production areas. They are assigned specific tasks (e,g, sewing, cutting materials, assembling products) and being working alongside experienced colleagues, gradually taking on greater responsibilities.

    INTRODUCTORY COURSE TO CRAFTSMANSHIP

    The programme begins with an initial training period, which varies depending on the department. Participants learn the key stages of product creation and begin practising in the workshop to produce the various items.

    FINAL ASSESSMENT AND RECRUITMENT

    Selected candidates are hired and join the production team. Throughout the training process, learning is carefully monitored by both the Academy's teachers and the production teams.
