Scandicci, 28^th November 2025 – The Prada Group celebrated at its Scandicci facility the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Prada Group Academy, the Group’s School of Craftsmanship, nurturing talent through training.
Conceived in the early 2000s and progressively developed over the years, the Prada Group Academy has become a strategic pillar of corporate training. It offers learning paths in leather goods, ready-to-wear, and footwear at several of the Group’s industrial sites in Tuscany, the Marche region, Veneto, and Umbria.
From 2021 to 2024, a total of 29 courses were held, training 571 students of 18 different nationalities, with women representing 69.7% of participants. In 2025, 7 training programs were launched, with a total of 152 enrolled students (+28% compared to 2024).
Twenty-five years of training: a milestone that reaffirms the Prada Group’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding manufacturing know-how and passing on artisanal skills to future generations.
