On 20 February, as part of the first Marchesi 1824 Food Convention, the staff at Pasticceria Marchesi and Bar Luce were introduced to their dedicated training programme and the brand’s strategic aims for the next few years. The project will involve the launch of the Marchesi Academy for training, research and development in the field of pastry-making, and the introduction of tools such as the Regulatory Handbook, Operating Handbook and video tutorials, developed in partnership with MoFood, a higher education company for the food sector. The aim is to reach the highest standards in all areas of the business.
