The first phase of the construction of the new logistics hub in Levanella, Tuscany (Pradasphere #10) is now complete, following the opening of the first warehouse and adjacent entrance area, with porter’s lodge, technical facilities and a car park. The warehouse, divided into two areas, has a total floor space of 11000 m2, with the 5500 m2 northern zone dedicated to shipping and the 300 m2 staff facilities block currently operational.
On average 10-12 large lorry-loads of finished leather goods, clothing and footwear products leave the warehouse every day for distribution all over the world, and approximately 8-10 large lorry-loads of goods arrive.
The warehouse currently employs 19 members of staff, which will rise to 28 when the facility is fully functional.
