Prada and Miu Miu’s twenty top sellers from all over the world, from countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Brazil, the USA, South Korea, Japan, Italy, France and the UK, were invited to Italy for a five-day ‘full immersion’ in the Prada Group’s world in Milan and Tuscany. The project, coordinated by the HR department in collaboration with Retail, aims to reward Prada and Miu Miu sellers who not only achieved high sales volumes but also exceeded expectations on parameters including cross selling, units per transaction, generating customer loyalty and general conduct.
The aim of the project, which will be repeated every year, is to provide the award-winning sellers with a more in-depth understanding of the Group’s DNA and to strengthen their sense of belonging to the company even further.
During their stay in Italy, the prize-winning staff, eleven from Prada menswear and womenswear stores and nine from Miu Miu, met the Group’s top management at the company headquarters, visited the stores in Milan and the factories around Tuscany and ended their stay with a guided tour of the Fondazione Prada.
