Until the 8th of May Prada Broadway Epicenter and the Miu Miu 57th Street stores featured special set-up to celebrate the “Manus x Machina” exhibition at New York’s MET.
Prada presented PradaVision: 50 video monitors installed on the ‘bleachers’ in the center of the space, a special visual intervention on the North wall, and a display of several runway looks from the Prada Fall /Winter 2016 women’s and men’s collections. The monitors display dynamic video content drawn from the fashion shows, backstage footage, and other collection-related content representing multiple visions. To the existing wallpaper have been added selected drawings exclusively created by Christophe Chemin for the Prada Fall/Winter 2016 collections.
Miu Miu presented a clublike lounge where clients and the general public could relax in an elegant and sophisticated context, reflecting the spirit of the brand. Spanning the store’s entire third floor, the lounge included a citron-green velvet room where the 11 Miu Miu Women Tales shorts were screened and offered also refreshments. The installation included a retrospective of clothes and accessories featured in the 11 Miu Miu Women Tales and past runway collections.
