The new fragrances La Femme Prada and L’Homme Prada, which will be available in store from July (see also the article in the Collections section) were presented to the international press on June 20th at the historic shop in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan.
The event was held in the most intimate and private part of the venue and was attended by over 150 journalists from leading fashion, luxury goods and fragrance publications from 17 different countries.
Daniela Andrier, the ‘nose’ who created these two new fragrances along with Miuccia Prada and Fabio Zambernardi, illustrated the features of the two perfumes in detail and described how they came into being and the olfactory concept on which they are based.
The presentation continued with a showing of the advertising campaign videos, created by photographer Steven Meisel, and lunch at the Fondazione Prada, with the menu entrusted to the chefs at Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, who have two Michelin stars to their name.
Guests included the actress Mia Goth and actors Dane DeHaan and Ansel Elgort, the stars of the advertising campaign.
