On April 12th this year Carlo Mazzi, Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Prada S.p.A., was invited by the prestigious Yale School of Management (USA) to give a lecture illustrating the case history of the Prada Group’s flotation on the Hong Kong stock exchange, which took place in June 2011. The lecture, which was held in the institution’s Edward P. Evans Hall, was followed by a discussion which revealed huge interest in the topic covered and, more in general, in the Prada Group.
Yale University, founded in 1701, is one of the most important and well-renowned higher education establishments in the world. Its alumni include former presidents of the USA, such as Gerald Ford, George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton, and key figures in the world of architecture and art, including Norman Foster and Mark Rothko.
