Prada Group Shareholder’s Meeting

PRADA S.p.A.’s Shareholder’s Meeting was held on 31 May 2017 in Milan, and in Hong Kong via video conference.
The meeting approved the financial statement for 2016, the distribution of dividends to shareholders and the change in the financial year, which from 2017 will coincide with the calendar year (1 January – 31 December).
