Tokyo’s prestigious Nihombashi Mitsukoshi shopping mall will host, from the 12th of April and for one week only, a Prada Temporary Store dedicated to a special selection of ready-to-wear, bags, accessories and footwear.
The store, of approximately 130 square metres, is located at the centre of the large hall on the mall’s ground floor. Externally it is characterized by the “Graphic Rooms” theme – a pictorial motif from an Oriental painted screen of the Eighteenth century, reinterpreted in a contemporary key – which runs around the perimeter, whereas the interiors of the space includes the brand’s reference themes, such as the black and white chequerboard carpet. The green velvet Verner Panton sofas provide the final touch to the setting.
