Davide Trocino, bartender at Ristorante Torre, has been named Best Bartender Under 30 in Italy at the Grande Cucina Talent Prize 2025, one of the most prestigious awards dedicated to young professionals in the Italian restaurant industry.
After starting his career as a waiter and Chef de Rang, Davide discovered his true calling in mixology, combining technique, creativity, and attention to the guest experience. In 2024, he earned his ITS diploma in Food & Beverage Management, continuing to invest in his professional growth.
