On July 29th, 35 colleagues from the Luna Rossa team took part in a team building day inspired by our Leadership Behaviours, with the goal of strengthening team spirit and fostering collaboration.
During the activity, participants worked together to create a collective artwork made up of several panels — a creative exercise designed to encourage cohesion and dialogue.
