Miu Miu unveils a new Pop-Up space at Harrods, London, located on the Ground Floor, from 8th April to 7th May 2025. For the first time in Europe, the Gymnasium collection arrives, following previous editions in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, and Hangzhou. Drawing inspiration from the sporty yet sophisticated environments of the 1930s, the concept blends athleticism with luxury.
The space is defined by athletic references – wall bars, ropes, rings, and vaulting horses -crafted from luxurious materials to create a playful yet informal display. A slatted wooden floor, inlaid with red, white, and blue lines, evokes vintage sports fields, while expansive display windows reveal a stylised gymnasium setting.
The Pop-Up presents the Miu Miu Gymnasium collection, an elegant, sportswear-inspired wardrobe from the Spring/Summer 2025 runway. Key pieces include technical silk blousons, kid mohair jackets, active knitwear, and cotton-silk polos, in a palette of red, white, blue, brown, and grey. Proportions explore the contrast between oversized and abbreviated cuts, distinct hallmarks of Miu Miu style.
Miu Miu also introduces Custom Studio, with in-store bar station, allowing visitors to personalise bags, shoes, and wallets with a selection of laces, charms, and tabs, ensuring each purchase is a unique expression of individuality.
Iconic bags, including the Wander, Arcadie, Aventure, and Beau, are offered in smooth, woven, and matelassé leather, alongside sturdy canvas with sporty piping. Special editions in astral blue debut exclusively for this occasion. Footwear highlights include the Plume, Tyre, and Gymnasium sneakers.
