The Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team actively participated in the initiative promoted by the Italian Consulate in Barcelona on the Italian Sports in the World Day. Thae event’s goal was to address themes related to sporting challenges and opportunities for women and people with disabilities, and focused mainly on sailing, in view of the Puig Women’s America’s Cup, the racing circuit organized within the 37th America’s Cup event reserved for women’s crews. It was an occasion to focus and reflect on sensitive subjects as health, sustainability, inclusiveness and technology, and was attended among others by Giulia Conti, sailor of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli’s Women Team, and Andrea Stella, owner of “Spirito di Stella,” the first catamaran designed and built for people with disabilities.
